Powder Coat
Powder coating is a dry coating process, free-flowing thermoset powder material. It is then applied to the substrate. Cured in our large convection oven, resulting in a harder, longer-lasting coating. Here at FalCan, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on our coatings.
Bed Liner
We offer spray-on polyurea coating (Bullet Liner) which is a brand of Carlisle companies. The result is an impenetrable, sealant system of high-caliber protection, meeting many of your spray in liner needs.
Sandblasting
Falcan offers media blasting with dry filtered air. Our blast out building is equipped with a refridgerated air dryer in combination with oil seperators to ensure your product recieves an oil and moisture free, clean substrate. Our media blast technicians are equipped with the latest safety gear, fresh air helmets, blast suits, and finally a blast hose fitted with explosion proof blast lights to ensure no missed spots on your project. Our standard blast follows Nace SSPC-SP-10 resulting in a near white blast.
